I have been taking these supplements for about two months. I have noticed my nails are growing but I am still unsure if they are doing anything for my skin and hair. I recently started using Blended Beauty products on my hair around the same timeframe and have noticed a HUGE decrease in shedding and increase in hair growth. So, since I began using both products around the same time, I am unsure which one to give credit too. Same for my skin, I believe there may have been some improvement, but I also started using the TNS Essential Serum from SkinMedica a few weeks after and now my skin is soft, firm & youthful (I am 49 yrs young). So, it could be a combination of all the products working together.
