This product is expensive, and is not in the least effective. the substance is like a grainy lip gloss. There is no lip plumping effect whatsoever. Service was fine. I received the product within days of my order. But--what good is having a product that does not do what I bought it do?? I'd not recommend you purchase this product unless you have money to burn. If so send it to me....

I truly don't think there is such a thing as a lip plumper. This is such a waste of money. It's just very expensive lip gloss. It says it may tingle a little, but it doesn't at all. I'm done looking for a lip plumper, and ladies, just be happy with your lips just as they are...otherwise, you are going to go broke finding one.

We've all seen the actresses with their exceeding full lips, and wished we could have them as well. (That is, if we don't have to do something stupid, painful or expensive to get them!) Well, I saw the advertisements for Celebrity Lips Lip Plumper, and decided to give it a go.
I have heard of similar products causing a painful, burning sensation, and was somewhat worried about that. Well, this product did not give me a burning feeling, but it also did not seem to cause my lips to look any fuller than before. I suspect it might be a bio-chemical thing, where it works for some people, but not for others. Sadly, for me it did not work. I do not recommend this product.

Celeb. Lips feels good, doesn't stay on. M A Y B E puffs up a bit. Wish I'd thought of the name and packaged it.
