She Wood opens with bright citrus but sweetens as it is worn. Although, I have to say the top reminds me alot of Eau de Shalimar. ;) On me, She Wood often gets too sweet & candy-like, but that sweet characteristic is so variable from wear to wear. I wish I knew why! I like it without all the candied florals in the middle. On me, the cedar does not dominate and the drydown is a subtle amber woody.
Unisex woody? Whaaaaat? Sweet woody pour femme, plain & simple. If you want a unisex woody, try Mont Blanc Presence d'une Femme or Paul Smith Women. She Wood is a femme!
I don't dislike She Wood. However, given the candy aspect in the middle, I think I'm about 25 years too old for it.

I first bought this product from Nordstrom and they stop selling it and I found it on here and I was so excited because I get sooooo.... many compliments. I love to hear people say, "what is that you have on and you smell good!" I recommend this product to anyone that wants that lingering smell behind! Love it!!!!

I fell in love with this fragrance at Nordstrom, but our store never had it in stock. The fragrance salesperson gave me six samples, so I really got to know this scent very well before I bought a bottle.
I don't like most contemporary fragrances because they smell frenetically fruity or entirely chemical. She Wood has some sillage and some staying power, but it's never too much. On me, it's wood, then woody violet. I get no vanilla--a plus for me, because I don't like to smell like Renuzit. This fragrance gets comments from people; it's definitely different. I'm very sorry it was discontinued, but I'd just as soon smell special rather than like the usual. Despite my name, I am a woman, though a confident man could wear this fragrance due to its dry woodiness.

I love She Wood, because it is a unique fragrance that is earthy and beautiful. It is not an overly powering scent, but it is one that blends in very nicely and lingers on through out the day or well into the night. I highly recommend it.

I absolutely love this perfume. I discovered this perfume couple months ago while I was in Germany for a visit. In Germany, so I found out, is this perfume a hit. I bought some over there in Germany for twice the price, (sadly) I didn't know that I could buy this perfume also here in the States. When I was wearing the parfume, many of my girl friends like it and one friend was so crazy about that I tried to find it here in the States to give it to her as a gift. I found it on Amazone and when I gave it to her, she was overjoyed. It's really a super perfume. Thank you Dsquared2!
