My hair is thin, limp, overprocessed, dull and dry...until I started using Fekkai's Overnight Repair. In just one use my hair became silky, soft, shiny, bouncy and just plain out well behaved. Suddenly my hair felt like it did when I was a little girl. I have used multiple high end hair treatments and NEVER had results like this.
I was very, very fortunate because a friend of mine was a sales rep for the line so I was able to get a steady stream of the stuff FREE! I really had no idea how much it cost and went into sticker shock when the company changed sales reps and I lost my connection. This being said, I have tried living without my beloved Overnight Repair and my hair really suffers. Soooooo, I whine and complain but shell out the money on a regular basis for this amazing product.
UPDATE: I recently found out that the chemists for Fekkai all moved to Alterna (I have friends who work for both Fekkai (now Proctor and Gamble) and Alterna. Apparently the Fekkai's geniuses brought their secret recipes with them because Alterna has a virtually identical product to this called Alterna Caviar anti-aging overnight hair rescue. I swear, it's the identical product and if anything I think it might be a little bit better....the good news is it's $38.00 (although at the moment it's on sale for $18.05 on Amazon) rather than $185. Usually in life when something seems too good to be true, it is but I swear this is NOT one of those cases. Seriously, try the Alterna version and save yourself a whole lot of cash!!!!!

This has transformed my hair from dry, fragile and breaking to strong, silky and shiny. I still can't believe a hair product can cost this much but it is worth every penny.

Although very expensive and hard to justify, this product is a MUST for dry hair. You can either waste tons of nickles and dimes on inferior overnight treatments, or just go for this one that REALLY WORKS. Bonus is the pleasant fragrance it leaves in your hair...men love it!

There are many products to love in the Frederick Fekkai line, for me this just doesn't happen to be one of them. This bottle is quite small to begin with and if it weren't sooooo expensive I'd probably wind up using a quarter of of the bottle on my hair each time if treating this like a regular conditioner. That would make this close to fifty dollars each treatment - ?!?
Even when using it *very* sparingly the results are not any better than any other really good conditioner left on my hair overnight. Where this product also looses me is that you have to wash your hair again in the morning and this is recommended 2-3 times per week. This just did not work for me; the more often I wash my fragile hair two things happen: tangling/breakage opportunities AND *more* exposure to heat/styling. Those two things create a catch 22 cycle that never allows my hair to improve.
I have at least one other conditioner in my good haircare arsenal that does a better job, especially with a heat cap instead of left to dry on my hair overnight.
I would say if this interests you, try it anyway - I did, and made up my mind for myself after seeing the results. For me, this was a *very* expensive experiment that did NOT work. It's good to note how it worked for others though so you might have your expectations better in line with what the product can do. Maybe this will work for you.
Personally I would not recommend this treatment to friends/family.

I loved that this overnight conditioner did not leave any residue on my pillow. I love frederic fekkai products once and decided to try it and I loved it. I really felt my hair looked less frizzy and shiny after one week of following the instructions of using it the first week. However, I do feel it is a bit too pricey, however with the great price I received from Amazon for $50.00 less, I did not hesitate to buy it. I will only buy again at a lower price. It sells for $195.00 at ALL department stores.
