Glad I found this item!! Not only to protect your shoes or heels, but for the shoes that have no traction at all.. So far the clear I've purchased are holding up well and I'm back for more.. I cover not only my shoe bottom, but the heel portion of my heels by cutting one of the pads up. It works fantastically.

This is a great product and after putting them on the bottom of my heels, I slipped less and felt more sturdy. But, they only lasted a few months.

I bought these for a pair of flats that had exactly no traction. I used them as directed, but only got a few wears out of them before they peeled off. Fortunately, by that point the soles were scuffed enough so that they weren't slippery.
I'm wondering if taking some sandpaper to the bottom of the soles wouldn't work just as well, but my shoes are wearable now, so these served their purpose.
