General Directions 1. Begin with clean filled nails. Smooth tops and edges with buffing file or disc. 2. Apply one coat of Formula 10 as base coat to help seal and strengthen nails. Brush on, starting at cuticle, stroking toward nail tips. Let dry. 3. Apply two coats of your favorite polish, if desired. Let dry. 4. Apply two top coats of Formula 10. This will seal and protect nails as well as insure polish from premature chipping and peeling. 5. Apply one maintenance coat of Formula 10 daily for long, strong, beautiful nails. 6. After polish is removed, start at Step 1 through.

Caring about my nails Aug 30, 2010
By Diane Meireis I love this product. I stopped getting acrylic nails and needed something to help my nails stay strong. Plus I spend time in and out of a pool when teaching Water Fitness classes. This product is the only product that has worked for me. My nails are not splitting or chipping. I highly recommend this product.
