I've been using this cream for a while and when I found such a good deal on Amazon thru Dolce Vita(supplier), I ordered immediately. 3 days after application, my face turned red and blotchy. I had to go see a dermotologist and after 2 weeks of facial issues, it's finally under control. I know it's not Dr. Brandt that's the problem since I've purchased Dr. Brandt elsewhere and never had this issue. It then makes me wonder if this product is genuine. Or perhaps expired. Hopefully, they have a better refund policy.

I wanted this cream for years but didn't want to pay the hefty price without having even tried it. I have dry, semi-sensitive skin and this cream made it 10 times worse. It was drying, and turned my face splotchy red every time I used it. I tried it for a good two weeks, before going back to my old cream. I could not believe the difference in appearance when I stopped using it. The redness went away, and the dry itchiness stopped instantly. It was like my skin was relieved not to be tortured any longer. 've had this reaction to a few creams in my life, but I expected a lot more from such a high end product. I've also used many dr. Brandt products and have nothing but high praise for all of them. This one was an aberration, and I'm just glad I never paid the full original price for it.

I love this product. I paid $90 for it on Sephora and loved it but really couldn't afford it. So when I found it here at this price I jumped for joy. I've used every skin care line from Obaji (whoa - pricey!), Perricone MD, Philosophy, Murad, Clarins, Kinerase,Dr. Denese, Peter Thomas Roth, you name it, I've tried it. I love this as my night time moisturizer. Granted, I also love Peter Thomas Roth Unwrinkle. I use those together. I use this as my moisturizer after I use Unwrinkle after cleansing. Great combination. I ran out of Unwrinkle and could tell the difference. I ran out of Contour Effects and could tell the difference. This product works well for me and I don't ever want to be without it.

I love this product. I have oily skin and this cream doesn't make my skin oily at all. I am African-American and I am leary about using products that don't state specifically for my kind of skin but this product is well worth the money!!
