Appliances | All defective or non working models can be exchanged for a working model within 30 days. Extended manufacturer warranties may extend this policy. | Hair Care Products | Unused products can be exchanged for desired hair care products. We can not take back brushes, rollers, hair pieces, extensions (HairUwear) etc. for sanitary purposes. | Nail Care, Lip Care & Cosmetic Products | Due to state laws and sanitary purposes we can not take back any nail, lip care, or cosmetic products. These products include nail polishes, nail files, nail treatments, lip sticks, lip liners, lip glosses, lip plumpers, eye shadow, foundation, blush, etc... | Body Care Products | Unused products can be exchanged for desired body care products. | Frequent Questions | Will shipping charges be credited back on returns for ordered products? No | International Shipment | Wrongly selected shipping options will be automatically corrected and appropriate charges will either be added or subtracted to your order depending on the correct total international shipping charges via USPS. Due to the high cost and labor involved in processing International Shipments, these orders are final sale. This means that they can not be returned or exchanged for any reasons. If there is an error made by 10th Avenue Beauty Co., then store credit may be issued, however nothing will be re-shipped, or refunded. If store credit is to be issued, item(s) must be returned at buyers expense. *We are a United States based company and our international customers must assume all risks including fraud, theft, damages, delays, duties, or incompatibility with local voltage requirements. | Money Back | Does 10th Avenue Beauty Co. give money back? Our store policy is for store credit only on returns or exchanges. If you are disatisfied with a product you ordered or wish to return an item for any reason that follows our return items guidelines, you can do so by making an exchange or by receiving an electronic store gift certificate. Each manufactures warranty varies, in terms of length and coverage. All manufacturers warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth in said warranty. On some items 10th Avenue Beauty Co. offers a 30-day exchange/refund policy from date received. Due to New Jersey state laws much of what we sell is NOT returnable such as make-up, nail polish, hair pieces, brushes, any used product(s), and skin treatments. We understand that this policy may be frustrating, however, please do not take it out on our customer service representatives for upholding state law. APPLIANCES, if defective, can be exchanged for working models within 30 days of purchase. If you simply do not like an appliance it can be returned for store credit ONLY IF IT IS IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. THERE IS NO MONEY BACK ON APPLIANCES FOR ANY REASON. Store credit from 10th Avenue Beauty Co. can be used throughout our entire online store and with no time restraints. Multiple returns on same order will not be accepted or approved.***VERY IMPORTANT*** TO RETURN ANY ITEM PLEASE CALL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMANT AT 1-877-283-6838 (Monday through Friday 10am-5pm eastern standard time) TO CHECK IF THE ITEM IS RETURNABLE AND TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Any orders that are sent back to us without return authorization WILL NOT BE PROCESSED and will be refused by our warehouse. Once an item is refused by our warehouse we are not responsible for it! Avenue you retains the right to refuse any authorized return upon inspection and is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged returns. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards {not filled-out} and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! Any item that does not meet our return requirements will be refused even if you were cleared for a return by one of our representatives. Avenue You is not responsible for shipping cost(s) incurred on any unit(s). NO SHIPPING WILL BE REFUNDED! All returns are subject to inspection by Avenue You. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RMA# issued by customer service clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. If an item without an RMA is returned in a manner in which we are unable to refuse the package without cost, the customer is responsible for the cost of having the item shipped back to them.Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service and if possible insure it. Sorry we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
